1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and 3Dino (Company ID: 08438846, VAT ID: CZ9201281199), concerning your access to and use of our 3D printing and modeling services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

3Dino provides 3D printing, modeling, and consulting services. We produce physical 3D models based on digital files submitted by customers or created by our team upon request. All services are subject to availability and our technical capabilities.

3. Project Files and Intellectual Property

By submitting files to 3Dino for printing, you confirm that:

• You own the intellectual property rights to the design or have explicit permission to reproduce it
• The design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You accept responsibility for any legal issues arising from intellectual property infringement

For custom designs created by 3Dino for you, we retain intellectual property rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use the design for the agreed purpose.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed once we've agreed on specifications and you've received a formal quote. Payment terms:

• 50% deposit may be required for orders exceeding 3000 CZK
• Full payment is due before delivery of completed projects
• We accept bank transfers and PayPal

5. Delivery and Timelines

Standard production times are 2-7 business days after order confirmation, depending on complexity and current workload. Complex projects may require more time. We will provide an estimated timeline for each project.

Delivery options include:

• Collection from our workshop in Prague
• Shipping via Czech Post or courier service (at additional cost)

6. Quality and Revisions

We strive to deliver high-quality prints according to agreed specifications. For 3D modeling projects, we include:

• 2 free revisions with every modeling project
• Additional revisions at 20% of the original project cost each

If the delivered print does not meet the agreed specifications due to our error, we will remake it at no additional cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation fees apply:

• 50% of order value if production has begun
• 100% of order value if production is complete

Custom designs created specifically for you cannot be refunded once work has begun.

8. Limitation of Liability

3Dino is not liable for:

• Design flaws in customer-provided files
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish inherent to 3D printing processes
• Any damages resulting from the use of 3D printed items
• Delays due to force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
